Mitsubishi has added several new features to the PHEV version of its flagship SUV, the Outlander, for the 2023 trim to keep the SUV market humming enthusiastically. The new model has greater power than the previous one, superior exterior and interior design, and a larger battery. The cost of the new 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander has increased slightly, but We believe the extras will make you gladly overlook it. The larger battery's claim of a 38-mile electric range is a significant increase over the previous battery. A few markets will start selling the new 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV this November. Follow us in this post by Red Deer Mitsubishi as we discuss the key features of the 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander.
For 2023, Mitsubishi is offering a three-row Outlander with a plug-in hybrid engine. The Outlander PHEV is Mitsubishi's next move toward meeting its target to cut carbon emissions by 40% by 2030. It comes equipped with the company's Super All-Wheel Control (S-AWC) all-wheel drive system. The Outlander travels smoothly over a range of road conditions. Additionally, the front seats include plush padding that will keep passengers comfortable throughout extended drives. We appreciate that the Outlander is one of the few cars in its class to offer climate control for the backseat passengers. On the highest setting, the heated seats get fairly toasty.
With more power, a larger battery, and an anticipated EV range of up to 38 miles, the 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV will be available at the end of the year. The range of the new plug-in hybrid Outlander is more than that of models from Ford, Hyundai, Kia, and Subaru and is only surpassed by the Toyota RAV4 Prime in the rising class of compact SUVs with engines and plugs.
