It was my first time getting a new vehicle from a dealership and dealing with a dealership in general. I usually buy my vehicles second hand. Rylan found me the cutest 2022 Hyundai venue sel. I’ve been driving it for just over a week and I absolutely love it! We had talked a few times before I went into the dealership and met with him. I ended up signing for the suv the same day I test drove it. Rylan is a very good salesman haha. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I brought in a paper with questions and he took it and answered them 😂 He helped me find something in my budget and went above and beyond. He is very kind and not just in it for the sale but to actually help you out. I highly recommend Red Deer Mitsubishi and for you to deal with Rylan! He definitely has a customer for life. The whole process was easier than I thought. Rylans a great guy!
I would like to send a sincere recommendation to deal with this dealership whenever possible. My 19 year old son negotiated and purchased a used truck from them. They treated him with honesty and respect start to finish. When we arrived at the dealership the entire staff no matter who it was greeted us with kindness and friendliness. I went with him to complete the deal and everything was as promised. Everything was open and transparent. Here’s where it gets interesting. They had made an error and the out of province on the trade wasn’t done. It caused us a couple hours of frustration. But the entire staff worked tirelessly to get it made right. It’s easy for a dealership to do right when it’s easy but these guys worked so hard when things weren’t right. That’s the difference. Anyone looking to deal here please trust Bara the GM, Krista in Finance and Ethan in Sales. Great people but I bet everyone else is good too!
