OFFICIAL RULES: RED DEER MITSUBISHI $10,000 HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY

1. CONTEST PERIOD

The "Red Deer Mitsubishi $10,000 Giveaway" (the "Contest") begins on December 9, 2025, at 9:00 AM MST and ends on December 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM MST (the "Contest Period").

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of Alberta who have reached the age of majority (18) at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of Red Deer Mitsubishi (the "Sponsor"), their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, and spouses), and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter. Limit of one (1) entry per individual regardless of the method of entry.

  • Method A (With Purchase): Upon the purchase or lease of a new or pre-owned vehicle from Red Deer Mitsubishi during the Contest Period, the purchaser will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw. The bill of sale must be signed and dated between December 9, 2025, and December 24, 2025 (before 2:00 PM MST).

  • Method B (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without purchase, print your full name, mailing address, daytime phone number, email address, and age on a plain piece of paper, along with a unique, handwritten 50-word essay on the topic "Why I Love Mitsubishi." Mail this or hand-deliver it to:

    Method B Deadline: All No Purchase Necessary entries must be received at the dealership by 1:00 PM MST on December 24, 2025.

    Limit: One (1) essay entry per person.

4. PRIZE

There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of a cheque in the amount of $10,000.00 CAD. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable.

5. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. There is a strict limit of one (1) entry per individual.

6. DRAW DETAILS

On December 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM MST at Red Deer Mitsubishi (6444 67 St, Red Deer, AB), one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received.

7. WINNER CONFIRMATION

To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

  • Be present at the draw OR be reached by telephone within three (3) business days of the draw.

  • Correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (Example: $20 + 10 \times 4 - 5 = ?$).

  • Sign the Sponsor’s Declaration of Compliance and Release form.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

This contest is conducted in accordance with the Competition Act and Alberta’s Consumer Protection Act. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Contest should fraud or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration of the Contest. By entering, participants release Red Deer Mitsubishi from any liability regarding the prize or participation in the Contest.
